• Google Ads, to measure whether our advertising leads to visits and purchases, and to show Nimbus ads to people who have visited our Site.

These services receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, and they set their own cookies. We do not use them to collect your name, email address or payment details. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec are not tracked by these services.

You can opt out at any time:

• Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Personalized Google ads: turn them off in My Ad Center.
• Microsoft Clarity and all other cookies: set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION



Nimbus Ltd may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

GOOGLE PHOTOS



If you choose to connect Google Photos, Nimbus uses Google's Photos Picker to let you select specific photos and videos. Nimbus accesses only the items you pick, downloads copies of them into your Nimbus account so they can be displayed on your Nimbus frames, and does not access the rest of your Google Photos library. Nimbus does not store your Google access token after the import completes, does not share Google user data with third parties, and does not use it for advertising. You can delete imported photos in Nimbus at any time and revoke Nimbus's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Nimbus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY



Nimbus Ltd has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
