Remote device support access

To diagnose or resolve a problem with your Nimbus frame, we may temporarily connect that device to a private, managed support network (a secure mesh built on Headscale/Tailscale technology) so our support team can reach it directly. This access is turned off by default and is never always-on: it is enabled only for an individual device, only when needed, through a server-side support flag, and it turns itself off automatically after a short period. We use it solely to provide technical support and keep your frame working — not to monitor your activity — and no additional personal information is collected through it beyond what is needed to operate and troubleshoot the device.

Changes to this privacy policy

Nimbus Ltd has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
